Ben Line`s name has been known in Far East shipping circles for over a century. Ben Line Steamers Ltd first established its own office in Hong Kong in the 1950`s to manage and develop its own liner services between the Far East and Europe. Ben Line Agencies was established in 1987 to manage its own liner service until the Edinburgh based carrier decided to withdraw from liner shipping.

Now Ben Line Agencies has grown to become one of the largest independent shipping agencies group in Asia, having some 75 owned offices in the region, and its own set up in almost every major seaport in Asia. With the nomination of Ben Line Agencies and its wide network, not only in China but throughout Asia, we have strengthened the Napa Service preparing for the introduction of Shanghai and Xingang to the service by the end of 2009.
